Ordinary meetings

The full Board of Trustees meets at least quarterly to discuss ongoing business of the charity.

The dates can be found on our Events calendar – look for “Board of Trustees full meeting” – and they will also be shown closer to the time in the Forthcoming Events window on our Homepage.

Annual General Meeting

The AGM is now held in October each year. Officers are elected for the coming year: Chair, Treasurer, Secretary and Bookings Secretary. You can see which Trustees currently hold these posts on our Trustees page.

Meetings are open to the public except when the matter under discussion requires confidentiality.
